Senior humans, AI-native speed.

The team that pitches the work is the team that ships it.

Let’s talkSee what we do
01The eight services

Eight ways we build with you.

  1. AI features, agents, and LLM systems that ship to production, not demos that die in staging.

    • Agentic systems & multi-step orchestration
    • Retrieval & RAG architectures
    • LLM evaluation, cost & latency optimization
    • MLOps & production observability

02What we build

Eight things we build, and where we’ve built them.

The services are how we work with you. These are the things you actually need built — each one linked to the client work that proves it.

03Two ways to start

How most clients start.

These are entry points, not services — two honest ways into the lines above. Neither is a packaged “AI workshop.” Both lead to a real partnership.

Productized · closed-scope

Agentic Dev Workflow Setup

We set up the system that lets your non-technical founders and teams build and ship safely — the same workflow Ryan Ewers used to ship Supreme Golf as a non-technical CEO. You get the workflow. You keep shipping. We’re there when you need expert advice.

See it in practice

Want to lead that effort yourself and get to a production-ready prototype fast, without committing a big engagement fee before you know it launches? The same workflow runs as a managed service you drive. Read: Managed Agentic Delivery

Half day · fixed fee

AI Readiness Assessment

Half a day with your leadership and the people who run the process, then a written read-out within the week: what to build first, ranked by return, and what would have to change before it pays off. Honest even when the answer isn’t us.

04Honest register

What we don’t pretend.

No bench swap-out

The seniors who pitch your work are the ones who ship it.

No bench, no bait-and-switch, no junior dev parachuting in three weeks after kickoff.

No AI magic theater

We won't quote you for AI we can't ship.

If a foundation model alone solves your problem, we'll say so — and probably won't quote you for it.

No hours theater

We don't bill hours for ceremony.

If a task takes two days less than estimated, you pay for two days less. We're optimized for output, not timesheets.

No ghosting

We don't disappear after launch.

Our average partnership is 4+ years — because clients ask us to stay, not because contracts trap them.

05The story, in words

How we work, chapter by chapter.

The narrated story behind the invitation at the top of this page, written out for anyone who’d rather read than watch.

  1. 01

    The promise

Every software project starts with a promise. Too many dry up somewhere between the pitch and the launch, like a stream cut too deep for its banks. This is the story of a team that takes it seriously.

  2. 02

    Who we are

Meet the colony. Streaver: a team of about forty in Montevideo, Uruguay, building since 2019. Nine in ten of us are engineers. We deliver results, and we happen to do it with excellent engineering, so your business thrives in whatever comes next.

  3. 03

    Read the stream

Before a beaver lays a single branch, it reads the stream. We start the same way: close to your team, learning how your business really flows, until the right solution becomes obvious. And the people who listen are the ones who build.

  4. 04

    Build

Only just then, we build… one deliberate branch at a time. Discovery and design, to choose the right spot. Product engineering across web, mobile and backend. And data pipelines your product can actually trust.

  5. 05

    AI

As the light goes, the valley wakes up. AI features and agents spread through your business, connecting your systems and working alongside your people. Real impact in production, not demos that die in staging. Not sure where to start? We'll assess your readiness, and tell you honestly.

  6. 06

    Run & scale

Then the storm comes, and the dam holds. Platform, DevOps and security keep it standing. And when you need more hands, senior engineers join your team, or step inside your company to own an outcome end to end.

  7. 07

    Proof

Promises are cheap, so watch the water rise. We're a Claude partner, building on the modern stack your team already knows. The results show on the stake: products in weeks, not quarters, at a fraction of what they used to cost. Go and check our current engagements with any of our partners: they will be happy to tell you their experiences.

  8. 08

    Culture

And life comes back to the valley. One lodge, one office, one close team. We work side by side, so ideas move fast and nothing gets lost between us and you. And our proven process lets us innovate with AI without gambling your product, grounded in what we do best: building solutions that last.

  9. 09

    Let's talk

Our average partnership lasts more than four years, because clients ask us to stay. One dam can bring a whole valley back to life. So I wonder… What are we building now together?

Photographic portrait of Juan Manuel Blanes, about 1872: a bearded man in a dark buttoned coat.Juan Manuel Blanes' signature, “J.M. Blanes.”
Juan Manuel Blanes (1830–1901)

About the painting

Painted with AI, in homage to Juan Manuel Blanes.

Every frame of this valley is painted live in your browser, by code an AI wrote, in two passes. For the second, we asked it to paint the way Juan Manuel Blanes did. The painting is not his work; his signature is here as a tribute.

Who he was

Juan Manuel Blanes (Montevideo, 1830 – Pisa, 1901) is Uruguay's best-known painter of the nineteenth century, often called “el pintor de la patria”, the painter of the homeland.

Before he was known at home he worked in Entre Ríos for General Justo José de Urquiza, decorating the chapel of the Palacio San José. A Uruguayan government scholarship then took him to Florence in the early 1860s to study under Antonio Ciseri.

Back in the Río de la Plata he painted in the realist, academic tradition: history paintings that gave a young country its images of itself, portraits, and scenes of gauchos and rural life. His work is the permanent collection of the Museo Juan Manuel Blanes, in Montevideo's Prado.

Among the works he is remembered for:

  • Un episodio de la fiebre amarilla en Buenos Aires (1871)
  • La revista de Rancagua (1872)
  • El juramento de los Treinta y Tres Orientales
  • Retrato de Doña Carlota Ferreira de Regunaga (1883)
  • Artigas en la puerta de la Ciudadela (1884)

What the valley borrows from him

His skies
A big luminous dome from pale cerulean down to a warm horizon, under a faint golden glaze, with cumulus that sit on a flat, shadowed base.
His crimson
The colony's neckerchiefs are mostly the red of his gauchos' ponchos, now and then ochre or indigo.
His countryside
Olive grassland, ochre earth, hills gone blue with distance, a palenque fence by the lodge, and the ombú, the great shade tree of the Uruguayan plain.

We're a studio from Uruguay. Asking the valley to be painted the way he saw our countryside was our way of signing it with home.
