The workflow that ships your backlog — operated for you.
The same agentic pipeline we build with, run for you as a managed service on your codebase — tuned continuously and upgraded as we improve it.
The whole model in one line
Rent the car. Bring your fuel. Drive as far as you want.
We put an agentic delivery workflow on your codebase and keep it tuned. You point it at what you want built; it ships to your repo, in your accounts, with a senior engineer accountable for every merge. You pay for the car — not the hours.
Every agency prices this differently and most of them won't tell you how. Here's ours, in the only metaphor you'll need.
The car
The workflow
we own & maintain
The operated agentic pipeline running on your project — plus every upgrade we ship to it. A flat monthly fee. The car you get in week one is the slowest it will ever be.
The fuel
Your AI usage
your tank, your account
Tokens are fuel — a commodity. You buy your own, in your own accounts, at provider list price. We never resell it or mark it up. Our job is to make the car efficient, not thirsty.
The driver
You
how far you go is up to you
You decide what gets built and approve each plan. How much ground you cover depends on how you drive — which is exactly why we don't bill you by the hour for it.
The mechanic
A senior engineer, on call
guaranteed in the garage
Up to 2 hours a day of senior engineering time, guaranteed available whenever you pull in. You're billed only for the time you actually use.
You don't rent a car by the mile. You rent the car, bring the fuel, and drive.
What nobody else will tell you
We can't promise the car drives itself. How far you get depends on you — the driver.
Everyone in this market is selling autonomous magic. We're not. An agentic workflow makes a good driver dramatically faster — but it's still a car, not a chauffeur. So before you commit a cent to the monthly plan, we spend two weeks finding out together whether it's a fit. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet, or not you— and we'll say so. That candor is the product. And it isn't theory: the same agentic workflow builds our own products and our clients', every day, in production.
So — who's driving?
You don't need to be an engineer. You need to know where you're going.
The car doesn't ask for your résumé. It asks where you want to go and whether you'll learn to drive. Too technical isn't required; too non-technical isn't a dealbreaker. The people who get the most out of it tend to look like one of these.
The founder
Tired of waiting in someone else's queue
You know exactly what the product needs next. You've spent months translating that into a dev backlog and waiting your turn. You'd rather point and steer than file a ticket and hope.
The operator
Can spec it, doesn't want to code it
You can describe a feature clearly, read a plan, and tell good from good-enough. You don't write the code — you decide what gets built, and you want that decision to actually turn into shipped work.
The builder
Wants leverage, not more grind
Maybe you code, maybe you dabbled once. Either way you'd rather hand off the repetitive build-out and keep the judgment calls — reviewing the plan, not typing every line.
What every driver shares
Curiosity, and the willingness to learn the wheel in the first few weeks. That part we coach — good drivers aren't born, they're trained. The rest, knowing what you want built and having the will to see it through, you already have.
…you want to hand over a vague wish and never look at it again. That's a chauffeur — and we already told you we don't sell those. Driving takes a few minutes of your attention per change. In return, you're never waiting in a queue again.
What driving feels like
Load your list. Approve the plan. Drive.
You keep a prioritized list of what you want built. The workflow pulls from the top and turns each item into a plan you can read — scope, what it'll touch, what it won't — usually within hours. You approve it in one click. No estimation meetings, no “it depends,” no surprises after the invoice.
Technical or not, you'll understand every plan before you approve it. That approval is the whole interface.

Let users invite teammates
Add an “Invite teammate” button that emails a join link. New members land in the “member” role. Adds one table for pending invites — nothing touches billing or existing accounts.
Clear scopePreview on deliveryHuman-reviewed merge
Approve plan
The click that replaces the estimation meeting.
The whole roll-through, in plain English
Follow one idea from your list to production.
No metaphors this time. Here's exactly what happens to that top item — the invite-teammates plan you just approved — from one click to live in production.
01
The plan, from the top of your list
The workflow takes the top item — “Let users invite teammates” — and writes a plan you can read: what it adds (an invite button, an email, a pending-invites table), what it won't touch (billing, existing accounts). You approve in one click.
02
A throwaway copy of your app spins upTested in isolation
A private environment is created just for this one change — with its own fresh database, seeded to look like real data. Nothing here can reach your live system, and not a single real customer is touched.
03
It builds the feature inside that sandbox
The invite button, the email, the join flow — written and wired together in the isolated copy, exercised against that throwaway database, never against production.
04
Every functionality is tested in isolation
An automated QA gauntlet runs: does the invite send, does the new member land in the right role, did anything else break? Security and secret scans run too — all before a human spends a minute.
05
You get a preview link
Click through the actual working feature in its private environment before a single line reaches production. A senior engineer reviews the load-bearing decisions — architecture and judgment, not the typos the machines already caught.
06
It ships — small, observable, reversible
Merged to production in one measured step you can roll back. The idea you typed at the top of your list is now live — and it'll show up on next month's statement, right where you'd expect it.
Every item on your list travels this exact path — one at a time, or many in parallel. Want the machinery behind it, stage by stage? The full run is further down.
Before anything else
Are you ready to delegate to agents?
Autonomous work needs a few things in place to be safe and fast. Tick what you've got — this is a mirror, not a gate. We'll help you close the gaps during setup.
0of 8 signals
Tick what you have.
Your score updates as you go. Nothing here is a wall — it's what we'll walk through together in the first two weeks.
Missing a few? That's normal — closing these gaps is exactly what onboarding is for.
How you get in the car
Three honest phases before you're driving.
No “sign here and we'll figure it out.” You know exactly what each step is, what it costs, and where you can walk away.
Phase 011–2 weeks
Fit check
A short, paid engagement where we drive alongside you on one real goal in your codebase — and find out together whether this is a fit.
→Real progress on one live goal
→A readiness read of your stack
→Your backlog, sorted into what the car can carry
→An honest recommendation — including "not yet"
Fixed fee · partly credited toward what comes next if you continue
Phase 02once, up front
Onboarding & setup
We stand up the safety instruments and tune the workflow to your stack — the work that makes autonomous delivery safe rather than reckless.
→Error tracking, isolation & monitoring wired in
→The workflow pinned to your repo & models
→Accounts and access set up in your name
→Tested by us first, then handed to you
A named onboarding fee — waived if you commit to 6 months
Phase 03first weeks, then steady
The ramp
Coaching, not a tool dump. Heavier working sessions in week one, tapering as you find your rhythm. You build a capability, with someone beside you.
→Front-loaded sessions, then a steady cadence
→We guide, ask the right questions, teach the wheel
→Powered by your guaranteed daily mechanic time
→Deeper training workshops available on request
Runs on the 2 hrs/day capacity your plan guarantees
One plan. The whole car included:
—The workflow operating in your accounts
—Secret & dependency scanning on every change
—Monitoring and a complete audit trail
—A named senior engineer reviewing what you agree matters
—Continuous upgrades to the workflow itself
—A 4-business-hour response guarantee
Your fuel stays yours — AI licenses and API keys live in your accounts, at provider list price.

Why an odometer, not a price list: you're not buying changes by the piece — you're renting a pace. The count proves how far you drove. And as the car gets faster, you cover more ground for the same plan. The improvement is yours to enjoy, not ours to bill back.
Featured case study — a founder who shipped agentic AI to production
Building a $1M product for $125K with a non-technical CEO at the keyboard
Five years after pausing the partnership, Supreme Golf came back with Kiro prototypes that needed to become a product. We rebuilt the way they build software — vibe coding with guardrails, daily production deploys — and coached the team until they could run it themselves.
8× lower build cost vs. 2023 baseline
3–5 production deploys / day

The terms
Standard for everyone. Not fine print — the whole point.
T-1Everything in your accounts
Your repo, your tracker, your cloud, your AI keys. Cancel and keep all of it — code, config, history. There's nothing to hand back, because it was never ours.
T-2No minimum term
Because the onboarding fee already pays for setup, we don't need to lock you in. Month-to-month. Commit to six months and the onboarding fee is waived instead.
T-3A name on every merge
How much senior review your changes get is agreed with you in the fit check — from the load-bearing changes up to every merge when the stakes demand it — and defects in accepted work are fixed free for 30 days. When something ships, a human is accountable for it.
T-4Guaranteed capacity
Up to 2 hours a day of senior time is held available for you whether you use it or not — that's the guarantee. You're billed only for what you actually consume.
T-5Your fuel, at list price
AI usage is billed to you by the providers, in your accounts, with zero markup from us. Our incentive is an efficient car, never a thirsty one.
T-6The car keeps improving
Every upgrade we ship to the workflow ships to your project — and shows up on your statement, at no extra cost.
What the car does under the hood
From Linear ticket to production PR, without context loss.
01Capture from every channel — calls, transcripts, chats, tickets, designs.
02Distil the real intent, not a vague brief.
03Nothing is lost between what you said and what we build.
Krisp · Linear · MCP
Signal — AI-run (Krisp · Linear · MCP). Capture from every channel — calls, transcripts, chats, tickets, designs. Distil the real intent, not a vague brief. Nothing is lost between what you said and what we build.
Safe site — AI-run (git worktrees · Docker). Spin up a dedicated worktree and container per task. Wall it off from main and from production. The work happens in full — at zero risk to your live system.
Right material — AI-run (Claude / Codex · pinned per repo). Profile the repository and the task at hand. Pin the model that fits — per repository, not per fashion. The approach matches your code, not a generic template.
It holds — AI-run (Gitleaks · Snyk · CodeRabbit). Run the full automated gauntlet before any human looks. Secrets, vulnerabilities, quality, types — all checked. Machines catch the routine so people never waste time on it.
Human review — human-owned (architecture, not nitpicks). A human reviews the load-bearing decisions. Architecture and judgment calls — not the nitpicks machines handled. Senior judgment where it counts; speed everywhere else.
Ship — AI-run (measured, reversible deploys). Merge to production in small, measured steps. Each one observable — and reversible. Progress you can see, with nothing you can't undo.
Self-heal — AI-run (Sentry → auto fix-PR). Production breakage is detected automatically. A fix-PR opens itself and re-enters this same pipeline. Things don't stay broken; reliability doesn't wait on a ticket.
Plus a library of reusable skills, harnesses and evals — every new workflow starts from accelerators, not from scratch.

Questions before you book
The things people actually ask.
What is Managed Agentic Delivery?
An operated agentic delivery pipeline: we put our agentic workflow on your codebase and keep it tuned, then ship your backlog change by change. You approve each plan; it builds, tests every change in an isolated environment, and ships to your repo — with a senior engineer accountable for every merge. You pay for the operated workflow, not by the hour.
So what do I actually pay for?
Four things, and we're explicit about each: the car (a flat monthly plan for the operated workflow), the fuel (your own AI tokens, billed by your providers, no markup from us), the mechanic (up to 2 hrs/day of senior time, guaranteed available, billed only when used), and a one-time onboarding fee for setup — waived if you commit to six months.
Why isn't there a price per feature or per ticket?
Because you're renting a pace, not buying parts. A per-item price would invite you to haggle over each change — and worse, it would mean that every time our workflow got faster, we'd bill you less for delivering more. Selling the plan instead means the improvements accrue to you. Your monthly statement still shows every change that shipped — as an odometer, proof of distance, not a receipt of piecework.
Is the “2 hours a day” included in the plan?
Not included — guaranteed available. We hold that capacity open for you whether or not you use it, which is what lets you count on a senior engineer being there when you pull in. You're billed only for the time you actually consume. Think reserved capacity, not free hours.
Can you guarantee it'll build what I want?
No — and anyone who promises otherwise is overselling. How far you get depends on you, the driver, and on your stack. That's exactly why we start with a 1–2 week fit check instead of asking you to commit blind: we find out together, and sometimes the honest answer is “not yet.”
What do I need in place before starting?
A ticket tracker, error tracking, version control we can reach, and a mainstream relational database are the real must-haves — they're what make autonomous work safe. Logs, a capable machine, and a genuine backlog help a lot. Run the readiness check above; whatever's missing, we close during setup.
What if I cancel — am I locked in?
You're never locked in: no minimum term, and everything lives in your accounts, so you keep the code, the config and the history. What stops is the operation — the tuning, the reviews, the upgrades, the guaranteed mechanic. The car slows without its pit crew; but the car, and everywhere you drove it, stays yours.
Do I have to be technical?
No. Plans are written to be approved by a semi-technical founder as easily as an engineer. The ramp coaches you into it over the first weeks — the way someone learned Excel in 1998, one formula at a time. Curiosity matters more than a CS degree. (If you're a strong engineer, you'll just drive faster.)
Security & trust
Worried about security?
Your code, your cloud, your keys. Agents run inside your infrastructure — we never hold your data or your IP. Enterprise-grade guardrails, from day one.
Runs in your environment
Your cloud, your repos, your keys. Your data never touches ours.
Supply-chain hardened
Secret scanning, Snyk + Socket on every dependency, and a 7-day package-age gate in CI.
Human-controlled
Every agent action is logged; a human holds the controls on anything irreversible.
Standards-aligned
OWASP guidance for LLM apps, with secure-SDLC baked into the workflow.
