About the role
We're looking for a Semi Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design and build innovative, scalable software solutions. You'll work across the stack alongside a senior, supportive team and grow fast on real, high-impact problems.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain robust web or mobile full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and team leaders to deliver product features.
- Analyze and solve complex problems with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to code quality through clean implementations, testing, and reviews.
- Stay up to date with evolving technologies and bring fresh ideas to improve our stack and practices.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications.
- Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Next.js or Express.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or similar services.
- An understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and version control (Git).
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Intermediate to advanced English for technical discussions and documentation.
Nice to have
- Exposure to other backend languages like Python or Ruby.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
- Interest in performance optimization and front-end best practices.

Location & work model
Montevideo, Uruguay. Three days a week in-office during onboarding, then a flexible hybrid model.
