Salesforce Developer

Montevideo, Uruguay · Hybrid · Full-time

Manage, optimize, and scale our clients' Salesforce orgs — from Flows and security models to Apex, LWC, and APIs.

About the role

We're looking for a versatile, agile Salesforce Developer to manage, optimize, and scale the Salesforce environments behind our diverse portfolio of clients. It's a dynamic, multi-org role: you'll act as a trusted technical resource, balancing day-to-day administration — Flows, security models, environment management — with custom programmatic development in Apex, LWC, and APIs to meet each client's unique requirements.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sharp problem-solving skills, and love switching gears between different client architectures to deliver high-impact CRM solutions, we want you on the team.

What you'll do

Salesforce administration

  • Manage users, profiles, security, role hierarchies, and org-wide defaults.
  • Build declarative automation with Flows, formulas, record types, and validation and workflow rules.
  • Configure Lightning App Builder and Experience Cloud.
  • Manage AppExchange apps and initial org setup.

Data management

  • Handle imports and exports with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, or similar tools.
  • Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and mapping for migrations.
  • Monitor system health and performance.

Custom development

  • Build with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Work with Visualforce and custom metadata and settings.
  • Integrate via REST/SOAP APIs using Salesforce DX and the CLI.
  • Write test classes with high code coverage.
  • Build custom sharing logic and manage deployments between environments.

Reporting & collaboration

  • Create advanced dashboards and custom report types (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics is a plus).
  • Work cross-functionally with business users, PMs, and designers in an Agile/Scrum flow.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Admin + Developer).
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and API integrations.
  • A solid understanding of security models, custom objects, and data architecture.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong debugging, code review, and testing capabilities.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce DX, Git, and CLI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred certifications

The more, the better!

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer I & II
  • Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
  • Data Architect

Nice to have

  • Tools like Veruna, Accounting Seed, Vertafore AMS360, Formstack, or S-Docs.
  • Mobile or cross-platform development (e.g., Android, JavaScript frameworks).
  • Project leadership or a Salesforce consulting background.

Location & work model

Montevideo, Uruguay. Three days a week in-office during onboarding, then a flexible hybrid model.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation that recognizes your skills and contribution from day one.
  • Flexible work: hybrid with remote options and flexible hours, in an equipped, pet-friendly office.
  • Continuous learning: sponsored Salesforce certifications, mentorship, English classes, and regular workshops and talks.
  • An inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas shape Streaver's growth.
